We’re a friendly club located right in the heart of Heathcote.

With two synthetic greens, installed in 2010 and 2015 we cater for all levels.

Our three pennant teams are Division 2 Midweek, Division 3 and Division 7 Weekend.

In 2015/16 we were premiers in Division 3 Midweek and Division 4 Weekend pennant in the Bendigo Division of the Bendigo/Campaspe Region.

Mixed social bowls are on Wednesday, with names in by 12.45pm for a 1pm start. Everyone is welcome – come along and have a roll!

With the imposing tree covered McIvor Ranges looming in the background, the Heathcote Bowling Club presents one of the great Australian bushland settings for a game of bowls. The sound of birds chirping in the trees lining the nearby creek blends peacefully with the gentle click of bowls as players enjoy a game all year round on the two synthetic greens. This is bowls as it has been played for more than 100 years in Heathcote.

The great Australian tradition of competitive sport in country towns is alive and well in Heathcote. The Heathcote Bowling Club has a long and proud history of competing in the nearby Bendigo-based bowls association in which Heathcote has teams in the Divison 3 and Division 6 weekend competitions on Saturdays and Division 2 of the midweek competition on Mondays. Club members also compete in tournaments in surrounding areas including Rochester, Elmore, Seymour, Colbinabbin, Nagambie, and Kyneton.
